Finance Executive (Accounting) We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to support finance operations, accounting functions, and administrative processes in a dynamic public sector environment. Key Responsibilities Process accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare invoices, receipts, bank reconciliations, payment transactions, and financial reports. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Monitor and track budgets, expenditures, and fund utilisation. Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters. Support procurement and process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Requirements Preferably 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines. Familiarity with GeBIZ, Workday, or government finance processes will be an advantage.
