Job Summary Provide administrative and customer service support by managing system records, coordinating mail and courier services, handling billing contact updates, and responding to customer enquiries. Ensure efficient operations and timely resolution or escalation of customer cases in line with service standards. Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks, including system access setup, basic reporting, and record maintenance. Coordinate corporate gifts and billing contact updates for organizations. Handle outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and shipment tracking. Provide customer support by responding to enquiries and escalating cases when required. Ensure all service requests are handled within established service standards.
