HR Executive (Learning And Organisation Development; Public Sector)

The Opportunity Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a HR Executive (Learning and Organisation Development; Public Sector) who focuses on coordinating learning and development programmes, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, and day-to-day HR operations to enhance organisational capability and employee experience. Job Summary Support the organisation’s HR capability development and employee engagement initiatives Assist in delivering learning and development programmes, onboarding activities, and HR operational support Contribute to enhancing employee experience and overall HR effectiveness The Talent Relevant experience in Human Resources or HR operations Exposure in government sector is preferred.
