Project Coordinator Executive

Coordinate logistics such as venue, vendors, setup, and event materials. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Manage budgets, quotations, and event timelines. Oversee on-site operations, setup, and troubleshooting for projects. Support marketing efforts and event-related collateral. Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports. Handle administrative tasks including proposals, documentation, and follow-ups.
