We help our customers create the food and beverage products their consumers love, combining technical excellence with the speed and closeness of an independent partner. We are constantly growing our Creation team and looking for a talented Flavourist to join us. The role Reporting to the Creation Manager, you will develop flavour solutions from initial brief through to commercialisation. Working across a range of categories, you will translate customer needs into successful formulations, collaborate closely with our Applications and Production teams, and contribute to the continued growth of our creative capability. Key responsibilities Develop flavours that meet customer briefs, cost targets, and applicable regulatory requirements Apply sensory and analytical methods to deliver profiles that perform in the finished product Partner with Applications and Production to ensure formulations succeed from bench through to scale-up Support the development of the wider Creation team Keep abreast of ingredient innovation and category trends across our markets What we're looking for Proven flavour creation experience with a track record of commercialised work A trained palate and strong knowledge of aroma chemicals and natural ingredients Familiarity with analytical techniques used in flavour development A sound understanding of formulation economics, regulatory considerations, and scale-up Precision, creativity, and a collaborative approach What we offer The opportunity to see your work reach market quickly Investment in your professional development and craft A collaborative team that places creation at the heart of the business A competitive remuneration package
