Warehouse Assistant Supervisor

Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics members to ensure smooth daily operations. Identify individual strengths and development areas, and provide coaching and mentoring to support team performance and growth. Ensure the team achieves measurable goals, objectives, and operational targets. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers on warehouse and logistics-related matters, including issue resolution and escalations. Drive process improvement initiatives and support project management activities to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain inventory and location accuracy through effective monitoring, follow-up, and control measures. Investigate the root causes of operational incidents and service failures, and recommend corrective actions to management. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, internal stakeholders, and management. Hands-on and committed individual with a strong sense of ownership in completing assigned tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and support overtime when required. Willing to learn, grow, and develop with a fast-growing organisation Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support. Knowledge of WMS and SAP will be an added advantage.
