Job Summary Manage end-to-end purchasing processes to support manufacturing and operational needs, ensuring compliance, supplier coordination, and data-driven improvements to optimize procurement efficiency. Responsibilities Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery, tracking progress and resolving issues to ensure timely fulfillment Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate transaction records Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, engineering, and logistics teams to understand their procurement needs and provide effective support Maintain strong supplier relationships to secure timely delivery of products and services Generate and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 3 years purchasing experience Proficient in SAP, specifically in MRP processes and purchase order creation and amendment Advanced skills in MS Excel to analyze purchasing data and generate reports Ability to work independently to meet company and group objectives Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and suppliers Team player with a self-driven attitude able to perform under pressure
