Job Summary The Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring engineering and customer projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between customers, engineering, operations, and othercross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage assigned engineering and customer projects from initiation through completion and product transition. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved. Track and report project status, deliverables, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders and management. Coordinate cross-functional activities among Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams. Customer& Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary interface for customers and internal stakeholders on project-related matters. Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, status updates, and customer communications. Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of project issues and concerns. Engineering& Technical Coordination Work closely with engineering teams to support product development, qualification, validation, and implementation activities. Ensure technical requirements, specifications, and customer expectations are clearly communicated and executed. Coordinate engineering change requests and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Governance& Compliance Ensure projects comply with applicable standards, specifications, procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain accurate and secure project documentation, records, and reports. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency and effectiveness. Leadership(Senior Project Engineer) Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and project team members. Lead complex, strategic, or multi-disciplinary projects with minimal supervision. Support project management best practices and contribute to process improvements across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of project management or engineering experience for Project Engineer. Minimum 5–8 years of project management or engineering experience for Senior Project Engineer. Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, automation, or high-technology industries is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and related project management tools. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Experience managing customer-facing projects in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Familiarity with stage-gate project management methodologies and product life cycle management.
