Client Service And Sales Executive

Front office duties , receiving and attending to clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming client reception experience. Providing sales and customer service support to prospective and existing clients , including handling enquiries, identifying potential sales opportunities, qualifying leads, forwarding enquiries to management, and maintaining strong client relationships. Assisting sales team by following up with prospects , coordinating meetings, preparing sales-related correspondence, and assisting with client engagement activities. Assisting our Sales team and Directors in various tasks , such as following up on emails, drafting correspondence, handling phone enquiries, liaising with third-party service providers (e.g. bankers), and arranging for the delivery and collection of mails, documents, parcels, and corporate gifts. Maintaining accurate client records and supporting the team in achieving sales and client service objectives. This role includes commission scheme , providing additional earning opportunities for successful sales referrals, client conversions, and business development efforts.
