About this role

Responsibilities: - 1. Sales &Business Development · Develop, manage, and grow sales in the FS (HORECA) channel, focusingprimarily on frozen processed foods and seasonings. · Identify and acquire new customers (hotels, restaurants, cateringcompanies, cafés, institutional kitchens). · Utilize existing FS networks to accelerate customer acquisition. · Conduct regular sales visits to end users and distributors to driveproduct adoption and volume growth. · Execute effective product presentations, sampling, menu applications,and demonstrations. 2. Account &Distributor Management · Manage assigned distributors to ensure strong market coverage andproduct availability. · Monitor distributor performance: sales volume, stock levels, pricing,and promotional execution. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers andstakeholders. 3. MarketIntelligence & Reporting · Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs. · Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and marketfeedback to the Assistant Manager. · Identify opportunities for new product listings, menu applications, andchannel expansion. 4. Execution &Operational Responsibilities · Support trade promotions, marketing initiatives, and product launcheswithin the FS channel. · Ensure proper execution of sales plans, pricing strategies, andterritory coverage. · Handle customer issues, product complaints, and after-sales supportpromptly. Requirements:- Degree in Business related studies with at least 3 years of relevant working experience Strong network with end users and distributors in FS/HORECA. Proven track record as a hunter in acquiring new customers. Experience selling frozen processed foods or related foodservice products is highly preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Able to work independently and also a team player Strong sense of responsibility and integrity Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period Only Singaporean and PR need to apply Interestedcandidates are invited to send detailed resume, indicating your last drawn,expected salary.
