Key Responsibilities Creative Direction Lead the creative vision across brand, digital and experience projects from concept through execution. Translate complex business challenges into simple, compelling creative ideas. Establish and uphold a high standard of design quality, craft and storytelling across every project. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution. Brand & Experience Design Create distinctive visual identities, design systems and digital experiences that are coherent across every touchpoint. Design websites, digital products and platforms that combine usability with emotional impact. Think holistically across brand, interaction, content and motion, not just screens. Develop scalable creative systems that enable consistency without sacrificing creativity. Storytelling & Communication Present ideas with clarity and confidence to clients, leadership teams and stakeholders. Translate research, strategy and insights into narratives that inspire action. Create presentations, workshops and visual stories that help organisations communicate their vision. Use storytelling to strengthen design rationale and client alignment.
