About Bellow Bellow is a Singapore-based creative agency helping brands tell better stories through video production, content creation, social media and creative campaigns. Over the past few years, we’ve had the opportunity to work with brands and organisations including Mediacorp, Singapore Kindness Movement, AWS, PPIS, Puma, Adidas, NSCC Singapore and many others. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us build new relationships, create opportunities and expand our client portfolio. The Role This role is focused on generating new business opportunities for the agency. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, building relationships and creating opportunities for our leadership team to present solutions and proposals. This is not a hard-selling telemarketing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands marketing and business challenges, and can represent the agency professionally. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients across corporate, government and SME sectors Build and maintain prospect databases Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking events and other channels Arrange discovery meetings and introductory calls Qualify leads and identify opportunities Work closely with management to develop tailored proposals and solutions Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records Build strategic partnerships with agencies, event organisers and industry stakeholders Represent Bellow at networking and industry events where required What Success Looks Like Consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities New meetings booked with potential clients each month Strong relationships built with marketing and communications professionals Increased proposal opportunities generated for the agency Contribution towards long-term revenue growth Requirements 1–5 years experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or Marketing Ex…
