Business Analyst

About the Role We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong SQL and Python skills to join a data and reporting team supporting portfolio investment, risk management, and reporting initiatives. This is a hybrid role combining stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and hands-on data work. What You’ll Do Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements. Translate business needs into structured data models, reporting specifications, and enhancement requests for technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitate discussions and align priorities across investment, risk, and reporting functions. Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyse large datasets. Support and enhance data pipelines, reporting solutions, and management dashboards. Investigate data quality issues and perform root cause analysis. Deliver reporting and insights that support business and leadership decision-making. Contribute to automation, AI-enabled initiatives, and continuous process improvement. Must‑Have Experience Must be a Singaporean Citizen. 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Data Engineering or a similar hybrid role. Experience working closely with business stakeholders and gathering requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with hands-on SQL and Python. Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Banking, asset management, or financial services experience. Exposure to investment, portfolio, risk, or financial reporting data. Informatica or other ETL tool experience. Experience working on data transformation or AI-enabled initiatives. Why Join?
