Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and implementation partners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our Salesforce transformation programme, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs. Work with Salesforce advisors, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver solutions. Support Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and adoption. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and basic platform configurations. Drive project delivery across multiple Salesforce workstreams. Provide governance, oversight, and ownership of the Salesforce platform. Support strategic roadmap initiatives including AI and advanced CRM capabilities. Requirements Business Analyst experience working on Salesforce Sales Cloud projects. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience gathering requirements and managing business expectations. Financial Services industry experience is required. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders . Preferred Skills Basic Salesforce configuration experience. Experience managing vendors and external implementation partners.
