Excellent Career Opportunities Competitive Remuneration Package Growing Service Team As a Principal Pharmacist (Retail and Pricing), you will be responsible for the following duties: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the retail pharmacy, ensuring efficient inventory replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, cashiering activities, and delivery of excellent customer service. Monitor and evaluate retail team performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, merchandising, and operational competencies. Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery initiatives, while driving continuous improvement in customer experience and service quality standards. Review, streamline, and enhance retail pharmacy workflows, including procurement, inventory management, stock returns, expiry monitoring, and operational processes to improve efficiency and minimize wastage. Monitor retail pharmacy financial performance, sales trends, and service outcomes, develop action plans to address gaps, and identify opportunities to improve revenue growth and operational effectiveness. Drive retail pharmacy business development initiatives, including product portfolio management, pricing strategies, market expansion opportunities, and implementation of revenue-generating programs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement teams on contract management, licensing requirements, manpower planning, supply chain optimization, and national healthcare initiatives to support operational objectives. Establish and maintain pricing governance frameworks, ensuring accurate and timely pricing implementation, margin management, workflow compliance, subsidy-related processes (e.g., CDMP and Medifund), and adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
