Good career exposure Hospitality industry Competitive remuneration package As an Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties: Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance. Lead, train, and coordinate the maintenance team while assigning and monitoring work orders. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, HVAC, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance issues. Maintain and inspect building systems, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure safe and efficient operations. Conduct routine inspections to ensure rooms and facilities are operational and guest-ready. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, maintenance standards, and emergency procedures. Coordinate and supervise external contractors, ensuring quality of work and safety compliance. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventory, and equipment documentation. Monitor spare parts, maintenance supplies, utility usage, and support cost and energy efficiency initiatives. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support a high standard of guest satisfaction with minimal operational disruption. Requirements: Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of hospitality operations experience in hospitality industry. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management position.
