Deliver specialised physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs. Facilitate functional movement, strength, balance, and coordination to support participation in everyday activities, play, and education. Provide parent and caregiver training, empowering families to continue therapy strategies at home. Conduct workshops and professional training for internal staff and external partners to advance therapy practices. Mentor junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants, contributing to professional growth within the team. Keep updated with latest research and best practices in physiotherapy and neurorehabilitation. Inspire and empower clients to overcome everyday challenges with resilience and confidence. Design therapy plans that foster sustainable, positive outcomes.
