About the Role Alphaeus is looking for a proactive and resourceful IT Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality technology professionals across various industries and client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching talent, networking with candidates, and supporting recruitment teams in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities Source and identify qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology talent across various skillsets. Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest and suitability. Perform resume screening against job requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive and active candidates. Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche technology skillsets. Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, referral programmes and employer branding initiatives. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. Meet sourcing KPIs including candidate submissions, response rates and pipeline quality. Preferred Technology Hiring Experience Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of sourcing or recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred). Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and Boolean search techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills Experience supporting public sector or enterprise IT hiring. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Understanding of Singapore's technology recruitment market. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
