Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Focus)

Key Responsibilities Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, networking) for entry-level tech roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, scheduling, interviewing coordination, and feedback loop. Build and maintain talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates. Ensure alignment with hiring objectives, timelines, and compliance with employment regulations in Singapore. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to refine hiring requirements and improve process efficiency. Support employer branding efforts and enhance candidate experience through proactive engagement and communication. Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and developments in the tech recruitment landscape. Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house recruitment setting, preferably supporting tech/IT roles. Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to listen, clarify, and convey information effectively. Proven problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
