Brand Promoter | Cloversoft As a Promoter for Cloversoft, you will be the face of a brand known for eco-friendly, safe, and high-quality household and personal care products. Your primary goal is to drive sales through engaging customer interactions and effective product demonstrations at assigned retail locations. Key Responsibilities * Sales & Engagement: Proactively approach customers to introduce Cloversoft products (e.g., bamboo wipes, detergents, and body care) in different Supermarket outlets in Singapore. * Demonstrations: Conduct live product demonstrations to highlight the unique "unbleached bamboo" and "non-toxic" benefits of the brand. * Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on shelves, ensure products are neatly displayed (merchandising), and report low-stock situations to supervisors. * Reporting: Track daily sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences or competitor activity. * Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional appearance and a deep understanding of the brand’s mission to provide "Safe for You, Safe for the Earth" products. Work Schedule & Requirements * Commitment: Part-time * Peak Demand: Must be available to work on weekends and Public Holidays, as these are the busiest periods for retail traffic. * Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and move stock as needed. * Communication: Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate fluently and persuasively with diverse customer groups. Ideal Candidate Profile * Experience: Prior experience in retail, sales, or roadshows is highly preferred. * Mindset: Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly living. * Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently at retail outlets. * ⁠Have strong skill sets to close sales, pull in new customers and meet sales target set for each assignment per outlet.
