We're partnering with a well-established organisation to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision making, and delivering measurable business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end digital campaigns, drive lead generation across multiple channels, and leverage the latest digital marketing technologies to optimise campaign performance. Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve lead generation targets. Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, SEO, AEO and GEO. Optimise campaign landing pages, websites, email marketing and marketing automation initiatives to maximise conversions. Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, Power BI and other analytics platforms. Partner closely with internal marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns and achieve business objectives. Evaluate and optimise the company's GenAI marketing tools to enhance campaign effectiveness. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment. Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution. Conduct competitor analysis and stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends. Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. Support company marketing events and conferences when required. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a related discipline. 5–7 years of digital or performance marketing experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, SEO, AEO, GEO and Meta Ads. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven experience managing agencies, budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Prior team leadership or people management experience will be highly advantageous.
