They are looking for an experienced Wholesale Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand their wholesale business in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow assigned wholesale accounts. Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key wholesale partners. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new product listings, promotions, and upselling initiatives. Lead Joint Business Planning sessions with wholesale customers. Manage monthly demand forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy. Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to deliver excellent customer service. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and trading terms while maintaining strong customer relationships. Manage accrual planning and ensure accurate claims processing. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, business reviews, and performance forecasts. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade events, and industry functions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. At least 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Business Development, or Wholesale Sales. Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing key customer relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategic account plans. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Team management experience will be advantageous.
