You will partner with business leaders and project teams to embed new technologies, processes, and ways of working, ensuring successful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead change management activities for data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans. Drive user readiness and adoption through workshops, communications, and change interventions. Assess change impacts, manage risks, and address adoption challenges. Monitor change effectiveness and provide insights to support continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. 4–7 years' experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines. Experience supporting technology, data, analytics, or enterprise transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
