Program Manager (Education)

About the Role Manage the full student journey — from enrolment to graduation — while acting as the key contact for students and academic partners, ensuring smooth programme delivery throughout. Key Responsibilities Plan and run student orientation; manage student system accounts, enrolment, and deactivations Advise students on academic pathways; ensure accurate module enrolment each term Issue course invoices and monitor payment; assign tutorial groups; monitor student pass validity Track attendance and follow up on low-attendance cases; conduct regular class visits Liaise with academic partners on administrative matters and payments; coordinate Staff-Student Liaison meetings Coordinate reassessment schedules with the examinations team Ensure End-of-Course Evaluations are completed; update records and process pass cancellations for graduates Support graduation ceremonies and open house events Counsel students on deferment, withdrawal, and programme transfers; handle student enquiries across all channels Support other ad-hoc duties as needed Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
