We are looking for someone who Takes pride in turning ideas into experiences Enjoys building relationship Results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Creative, organized and works effectively across teams Proven experience managing social, wedding, and corporate events in a managerial capacity, within a hotel or hospitality environment Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, weekends and public holidays to ensure the successful execution of events Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) Lead the development and execution of a robust sales strategy aimed at exceeding revenue targets Drive proactive lead generation, prospecting, and conversion activities to build a strong sales pipeline for new and repeat businesses Continuously refine sales strategies and events & catering offerings based on market trends, while collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling event packages Develop and manage annual revenue targets, sales forecasts, and financial goals while monitoring sales performance and event profitability Own the process from the initial inquiry and proposal to budgeting, contract negotiation, and post-event follow-up Design, organize and execute a diverse range of events, including but not limited to weddings, social & private events, themed birthdays, ticketed Club events and corporate meetings Collaborate with various departments to coordinate event details and ensure seamless execution from planning to completion
