Camp & Operations Associate (Casual)

We are looking for someone who is Safety-focused with a strong sense of responsibility Friendly and approachable, with the ability to provide assistance when needed Enthusiastic and enjoys working with children and youths Responsible, patient, and able to create a safe and positive environment for all Confident in facilitating games, activities, and group programmes for different age groups A strong team player Proactive and adaptable in supporting camps, classes, events, birthday parties, and counter operations Flexibility to work on variouu shifts including weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods when required Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of holiday camps, ensuring activities are engaging, safe, and enjoyable for the children. Support the smooth execution of youth classes, events, and birthday parties. Supervise children during programmes and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment at all times. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and Members by providing excellent customer service and responding to enquiries professionally. Assist with counter operations, including registration, attendance taking, enquiries, and programme administration. Provide operational support for departmental activities and perform other duties as assigned to support the Youth department. This role is paid on an hourly basis.
