We are looking for someone who is Hospitality-focused Warm and has a welcoming approach Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members Proactive, with strong coordination skills Knowledgeable about food, beverages, and service etiquette Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts) Experience spanning in an all-day dining and/or fine dining concepts Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) Oversee daily food & beverage service operations on the floor Deliver personalized, high-quality guest experiences at all time Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene practices are followed Handle Members feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism Monitor table setups, service flow, and presentation standards
