Job Title: Clinic Administrator Job Description We are seeking a Clinic Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of an allied health clinic. This role focuses on patient coordination, clinic operations support, and accurate administrative execution to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic flow. The Clinic Administrator will also assist with grant documentation and submissions, supporting management by preparing and organising required materials. Key Responsibilities Clinic & Patient Administration • Manage patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately • Register patients and maintain basic records • Process payments and issue invoices and receipts • Support daily payment reconciliation Clinic Operations Support • Support daily clinic operations and workflows • Coordinate treatment room usage and practitioner schedules • Manage clinic supplies and consumables • Liaise with vendors for routine operational matters • Ensure clinic spaces remain organised and presentable Practitioner Support • Provide administrative support to healthcare practitioners • Assist with non-clinical preparation of treatment rooms • Coordinate schedules across multiple practitioners Grant & Documentation Support • Assist in preparing grant application forms and supporting documents • Compile and organise documentation for submissions • Track submission timelines and maintain grant records • Support basic reporting and documentation requirements General Administration • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems • Support internal administrative tasks as required Requirements • Diploma or equivalent qualification • 1–3 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, or administrative roles preferred • Experience with documentation or form-based submissions is an advantage • Comfortable with scheduling systems and basic office software • Strong organisational skills and attention to de…
