Restaurant Captain

Job Description We are seeking a responsible and service-driven Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth restaurant operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the service team. Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience. Coordinate table assignments and staff deployment. Assist in training and guiding junior service staff. Handle customer feedback professionally. Ensure service standards are consistently maintained. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or F&B supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
