We are looking for an experienced and responsible Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee daily salon operations and support the management team in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth business operations. Job Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the beauty salon. Manage and coordinate staff schedules and attendance. Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction. Assist in staff training, guidance and performance monitoring. Handle customer enquiries, appointments and feedback professionally. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with company standards. Support sales and promotional activities to achieve business targets. Assist management in implementing operational procedures and policies. Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth salon operations. Requirements Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
