Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Storage Solutions Position Title: Admin cum Account Executive Working Location: Bedok Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Handle daily office administration, correspondence, filing, and vendor coordination. Schedule meetings, manage worker site schedules, and courier services. Provide support to management and staff, including submission of safety documents. Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, payment vouchers, manage Accounts Receivable/Payable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and assist with GST, monthly reporting, and year-end audits. Maintain accurate records and communicate with clients regarding orders. Manage employee records, recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, leave, attendance, and payroll administration. Apply, renew, cancel, and manage Work Passes, liaise with government agencies, and coordinate staff insurance, medical claims, and employee benefits. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. 2–3 years of experience in administration, accounts, and HR, preferably in an SME. Experience managing Work Pass applications and knowledge of Singapore employment regulations. Experience with accounting software is preferred.
