Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Energy Solutions Position Title: Sales Coordinator / Senior Sales Executive Working Location: Jurong West Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm) Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,550 Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Handle indoor sales for valves, pipes and fittings (Coordinator) Handle outdoor sales for valves, pipes and fittings (Senior Sales) Manage sales enquiries and customer purchase orders Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders and purchase orders Liaise with customers on product quality and delivery matters Provide pre- and post-sales support to maintain good customer relationships Arrange shipment according to sales orders Retrieve mill test certificates when required Work with the Finance Department to monitor and follow up on customer payments Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned APPLY NOW!!!
