Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Electronics Manufacturing Position Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Working Location: Tampines Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Manage a broad range of semiconductor and electronic component products for OEMs, EMS providers, and independent distributors in regional and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional agents and global trading partners to ensure smooth supply and alignment with business goals. Work with engineering, procurement, and R&D to understand technical needs and provide suitable component solutions. Find and pursue new sales opportunities to grow market share in both high‑volume and niche component segments. Support existing clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat orders. Advise on product specifications, compatibility, and applications to support informed purchasing. Respond promptly to pricing, availability, order status, and logistics enquiries. Follow up after sales to troubleshoot issues and maintain ongoing relationships. Track sales results and KPIs; prepare regular reports to guide strategy and improve forecasts. Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads quickly and professionally to convert them. Work with supply chain, logistics, and finance to complete orders smoothly and keep customers satisfied.
