Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/Warehouse Position Title: Operations Executive Working Location: Clementi Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and customers to meet demand. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of goods. Optimize processes for inventory management and shipment handling. A minimum qualification of GCE O Level/Nitec At least 1 year of experience in an operations executive role, focusing on logistics. Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
