Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler Position Title: HR Assistant Working Location: Tuas Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm, alternate Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm) Salary Package: Basic $2,200 – $2,800 + AWS + VB Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Support daily HR operations, including employee records, leave administration, attendance tracking, and HR documentation. Assist with recruitment activities such as job posting, interview arrangement, candidate coordination, and onboarding preparation. Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, personnel files, and confidential employee documents. Assist with payroll-related matters, including attendance, overtime, claims, allowances, and payroll inputs. Support work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and related administrative matters where applicable. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit clearance, and document collection. Assist in training coordination, course registration, and training record maintenance. Handle employee enquiries on HR policies, leave, claims, and administrative matters. Ensure HR records and documentation are properly updated and maintained. Assist in general office administration and clerical support when required. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience will be advantageous. Familiar with basic HR functions such as recruitment, payroll support, onboarding, leave administration, and employee records. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and work pass matters will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
