Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Marine Industry) Working Location: Tuas West Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (One Sat per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries Process purchase orders and arrange shipments according to shipping instructions Coordinate with customers on cargo readiness and shipment schedules Work with the Sales PIC on operational matters Coordinate with GB/DSS for parts enquiries, orders, and shipment arrangements Issue invoices for supplied items Monitor outstanding payments using updated account statements Respond to customer questions related to accounts or sales products Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support when needed Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Perform other duties as assigned APPLY NOW!!!
