Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Packing and Crating Services Position Title: Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding) Working Location: Loyang Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Handle shipment documentation and plan collections and deliveries to meet deadlines. Prepare and process shipment orders. Follow up with customers on shipment status, build relationships, and assist with requests. Maintain regular communication to understand and anticipate customer needs. Ensure all job files are completed on time for monthly account closing. Monitor and meet assigned KPIs. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience. Diploma/ITE in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive. Familiarity with Sysfreight is an advantage. Willing to work additional hours when required.
