Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction & Renovation Industry Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Kaki Bukit Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Source and negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders. Carry out quantity take-offs for project tenders. Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims weekly. Assist managers/seniors with documentation and paperwork. Prepare project budgets and cost estimates. Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail fit-out construction projects. Good written and verbal communication skills.
