Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction and Civil Engineering Position Title: Site Engineer (Building Construction) Working Location: Central Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Assist Senior Engineers and Project Managers in monitoring project progress. Assist with QA/QC inspections to ensure works meet project requirements. Ensure safety standards are followed in the assigned work area, with support from the Safety Department. Supervise subcontractor works to ensure approved methods and materials are used. Attend progress meetings and coordinate with contractors and suppliers on project implementation matters. Attend site meetings when required. Inspect site works and monitor progress to ensure quality control and compliance with authority requirements. Coordinate internally with different departments and externally with clients and consultants. Assist in project planning, documentation, and site execution. Coordinate, supervise, and monitor site works, manpower deployment, material planning, and material ordering. Coordinate and follow up on project submissions. Prepare weekly site progress reports and other required submissions. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant site engineering or construction experience is preferred. Good understanding of site coordination, QA/QC inspection, and construction safety requirements. Able to read and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Good coordination and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project documentation tools.
