Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Production Position Title: Spare Parts Executive / Supply Parts Coordinator Working Location: Jurong East Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Coordinate goods delivery to the right place, quantity, time, and cost. Work with the spare parts team to track inbound and outbound deliveries. Update ETA and ETD details in SAP. Process daily internal spare parts orders. Arrange timely dispatch for incoming and outgoing shipments. Check import and export documents for accuracy. File and update shipping documents in SAP. Help control transport and shipping costs. Report shipment delays or issues to the Spare Parts Manager. Assist with weekly goods receipt, including unloading, checking, labelling, and storing items. Prepare outgoing shipments based on stock availability and priority. Pack, load, wrap, label, and arrange shipments. Check inventory to ensure parts are in good condition and properly stored. Monitor safety stock levels. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and packing materials. Perform other duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management. IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
