Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales Position Title: Logistics Officer Working Location: Pandan Loop Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 4.00pm) [1-day WFH] Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Process orders and declare permits using the company system Handle payments and courier services for customers Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with shipping lines or agents Coordinate with warehouse, depot, and transport teams—both internal and external Provide daily or monthly customer reports Generate required company reports on a daily or monthly basis Prepare monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme import/export reports for customers Submit monthly accruals internally and externally Close completed HCS orders in the PSA HCS system Ensure all relevant PSA charges are entered into the PSA HCS system Attach necessary receipts and emails for billing purposes (including payments on behalf and miscellaneous charges) APPLY NOW!!! 1 year of experience in logistics or shipping operations Proficient in TradeNet system is advantageous Organized, attentive to detail, and able to work with internal and external teams Good communication and coordination skills Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
