Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Tampines West Working Hours: 5.5 working days; Monday-Friday (9AM – 6PM); Saturday, (9AM – 1PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead the tendering process from start to submission. Prepare and compile tender documents. Submit quotations and tender proposals on time. Prepare competitive construction cost estimates. Monitor and track monthly project progress. Process claims and manages contractual payments. Negotiate with and appoint subcontractors. Attend site meetings and assist supervisors with letters, reports, and contract-related matters. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, monthly progress reports, method statements, and work procedures for the Project Manager. Arrange orders for paint materials and follow up on delivery status. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry. Familiarity with quantity surveying practices in Singapore will be an advantage.
