About this role
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily MEP, electrical, ELV, and building services installation works. Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, local codes, and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship and material quality. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress updates. Identify defects/non-compliance and verify work completion for progress claims. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 3–5 years of site supervision experience in MEP/building services projects. Experience in electrical, ELV, or security systems is preferred. Certified Resident Technical Officer (RTO) accreditation is an advantage. Good knowledge of MEP systems, local regulations, and site safety practices. Strong communication and reporting skills. EA Number: 11C4879
