Functional Support & Assistance (MA001) Ensure advanced understanding of clients’ business needs Collaborate with teams in drafting functional specifications Assist teams in interpreting and conceptualizing client-provided information 2. Implementation Support (MA002) Ensure compliance of technical specifications with functional specifications Support development teams during coding of processes and business rules Contribute to functional testing campaigns to ensure developments meet client requirements 3.
