We think you will enjoy this role if you: Are energised by bringing ideas into action Enjoy connecting people to a meaningful purpose Believe teamwork matters and no task is beneath you See every interaction as an opportunity to create impact Balance creativity with strong organisation and attention to detail Communicate with poise, kindness, and confidently with all individuals You will be responsible for: Preparing annual reports, quarterly newsletters, reels, presentations, and other communications materials Sharing our impact on lives affected by dementia through creative storytelling and visual content Growing a passionate pool of volunteers who can safely engage with persons with dementia Strengthening relationships with partners, donors, volunteers and the wider community Identifying new partnership, sponsorship and community engagement opportunities Spearheading corporate visits, resident programmes, and fundraising initiatives Creating compelling content across digital, print and social media channels Maintaining partnership and volunteer records and engagement activities Coordinating vendors and partners for seamless programme delivery Advocating for safe, strength and person-centred dementia care Elevating the Lodge's brand across all channels We want to hear from you if you are that unique person who: has strong communication, writing, and people skills is naturally energetic with a can-do attitude and a heart for advancing care in dementia has an eye for design and enjoys creating engaging content multiple social platforms and thrives on building relationships and bringing people together for a meaningful purpose and is energized by a fast-based environment with individuals fuelled by a dedication to excellent care holds a degree in communications, marketing, mass communication, business or a related discipline has passion for inspirational storytelling, but balanced with a keen eye for details, accuracy and facts brings at least 3 years’ experience in communications, partnerships, events, volunteer and community engagement
