Sales Executive

We are a leading label printing company specializing in high-quality self-adhesive labels, packaging labels, barcode labels, product labels, and customized printing solutions for various industries. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within various industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Promote and sell label printing solutions, including product labels, packaging labels, barcode labels, and specialty labels. Understand customers' requirements and provide suitable printing solutions and quotations. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders to secure sales opportunities. Coordinate closely with production, customer service, and quality departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in label printing, packaging, printing, or related industries. Candidates with no experience but a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Possess a valid driving licence (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of label printing processes, materials, adhesives, and packaging applications. Existing customer network in manufacturing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, logistics, cosmetics, or retail sectors.
