Technology Governance Analyst / PMO

Role Title: Technology Governance Analyst / PMO (Contract) Contract Duration: 6–12 months (Potential to Extend) Location: Singapore Role Overview We are looking for a Technology Governance Analyst / PMO to support technology risk governance and operational resilience activities within a financial services environment. This is a coordination-focused role supporting governance forums, reporting, audit activities, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate governance forums, meetings, action logs, and minutes. Maintain RAID logs and track remediation actions with stakeholders. Prepare KRI/KPI dashboards and governance reporting packs. Coordinate audit and regulatory evidence collection and documentation. Support technology risk and operational resilience governance activities. Maintain governance documentation and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables. Work closely with Technology, Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in Technology Governance, PMO, Controls, or Risk Coordination. Experience supporting technology risk, operational resilience, or governance functions within banking or financial services. Exposure to audit coordination, regulatory responses, and governance reporting. Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
