Delivery Lead - Insurance Technology 12-Month Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert to a permanent headcount) We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a leading regional insurance project to drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across enterprise applications. In this role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to lead end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and post-go-live support. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of end-to-end project delivery, Project Management and Business Analysis expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across insurance platforms and enterprise applications. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. Drive project planning, roadmap development, risk management and delivery governance. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technology, vendors and business users, to ensure successful project execution. Work alongside Product Owners, Business Analyst and other project leads. Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates to senior management. Support solution design by understanding system integrations, APIs and end-to-end business processes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives. Requirements 10+ years of proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst with end-to-end project delivery responsibility. Strong background in the insurance industry, with exposure to claims, policy administration or enterprise insurance systems preferred. Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments. Good understanding of system integrations, APIs and enterprise application landscapes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery execution.
