JOB Description Developing and executing the company's business strategies and growth plans. Managing day-to-day operations of education and creative arts programmes. Establishing partnerships with educational institutions, arts organisations, and corporate clients. Leading business development initiatives in Singapore and overseas markets. Managing financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Overseeing programme design, curriculum development, and service quality. Supervising marketing, branding, and promotional activities. Managing recruitment, staff development, and organisational performance. Ensuring compliance with Singapore regulatory and corporate governance requirements. Identifying new market opportunities and expansion projects. Representing the company in business negotiations, industry events, and strategic collaborations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in Education, Business Administration, Management, Arts Management, Marketing, or related discipline. At least 5 years of management experience in education, training, arts, creative industries, or related sectors. Strong leadership and business development capabilities. Experience in strategic planning and operational management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in cross-border business development will be an advantage. Ability to lead a start-up business environment and drive organisational growth.
