Designer

Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural, interior, and structural 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software. Develop creative design concepts, space planning, and layout proposals. Generate price quotations based on client requirements and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and update drawings when required. Oversee project coordination from design development through project completion. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and construction practices. Strong design flair with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
